Treatments

What I treat

  • Knee arthroscopy

Meniscus repair and cartilage care through two small cuts.

  • ACL reconstruction

Ligament surgery and a staged plan back to sport.

  • Shoulder surgery

Rotator cuff repair and treatment for a shoulder that slips out.

  • Joint replacement

Partial and total knee replacement when other treatments no longer help.

My approach

Surgery only when it is the right answer

Many knee and shoulder problems settle with the right exercises, a change in training or an injection. When surgery is the better choice, I explain why, what recovery looks like week by week, and what it will cost, before you decide.

  • Physiotherapy plan first
  • Written cost estimate
  • Recovery plan week by week
  • Same surgeon at every visit
